We are a small company based in Sonoma County, California, an area known for its small town charm, natural beauty, and rich agricultural history. We were created out of a passion for land and real estate, and we operate with honesty, transparency, integrity, and professionalism.

We specialize in buying smaller plots of land, typically 2 - 20 acres, in the US. Our goal is to offer you, the landowner, a fair price, a quick sale, and a truly hassle-free experience. We can often offer up to 75% the property’s fair market value, and we cover all costs associated with the sale.

The Process

The first step is for us to have a conversation, to find out more about you, your property, your desired sale price and timeline. Next, we do our homework on the property and the market to determine what we can offer. Then we schedule a follow-up call to discuss our findings, present our offer, and answer any questions you may have.

Once we’ve agreed on a price, we’ll send you our offer in writing. If you accept, we’ll open escrow with a reputable local title company, to protect us both.

During escrow, we’ll do our remaining due diligence on the property (ensuring a clean title, confirming county zoning, access to utilities, etc.) while keeping you updated on our progress every step of the way. Finally, assuming everything checks out, we are often able to close escrow and get you paid in as little as three weeks.
